Lots of pizzazz in this
butter. Wonderful on warm cornbread or corn muffins. Try it as a spread on
tortilla chips or as a zippy butter for boiled corn, green beans, new
potatoes, or fish.
1 can (4-ounces) green chilies, drained and chopped
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup (4 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 large garlic clove, minced
4 green onions (green tops only), chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
