Flavor Publications, Inc. is owned by Drew and Joie Warner. Since 1985, Flavor has created and produced over two dozen cookbooks, including two bestselling series as well as award-winning and corporate cookbooks for major international book publishers, including William Morrow and Company, Random House, Chronicle Books, Prentice Hall, Little Brown and Company, and Penguin Books.

Flavor Publications is also responsible for the development and production of Joie's upcoming television show through its television production division: FlavorTV.
